These terms govern use of the online store and orders placed for in-store pickup. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability confirmation by the store. A price shown and accepted when the order is placed will not change for that order. The store may refuse an order only for a justified reason and will inform the customer.

Payments

Payment is currently made in store when collecting the order, using the method shown at checkout. The store does not take an online payment when the order is placed.

In-store pickup

Orders are collected in person at the store address. Please come only after the store has confirmed product availability and collection time.

Returns & Refunds

If a product is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, contact the store as soon as possible. Complaints are handled under applicable law, and these terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
